Pay Your Parking Charge

If you have received a Parking Charge Notice (PCN) from Comply Park Solutions, you can settle the payment quickly and securely through the methods outlined below.
You must pay your Parking Charge within 28 days of the issue date to avoid further penalties. A discounted rate may be available if payment is made within 14 days of the issue date, as stated on your PCN.

How to Pay:

1. Online Payment
   The easiest and fastest way to pay is through our secure online portal. Simply enter your Parking Charge Notice number and vehicle registration to proceed.

2. By Telephone
   To pay by phone using your debit or credit card, please call our automated payment line at [Insert Contact Number]. Be sure to have your PCN reference number and vehicle registration handy.
3. By Post
   You can send a cheque or postal order made payable to Comply Park Solutions. Please ensure you include your PCN number and vehicle registration on the back of the cheque. Send your payment to:

Appeals
If you believe your Parking Charge Notice was issued incorrectly, please visit our Appeals Page to submit your appeal before making any payment. Appeals must be made within 28 days of receiving the PCN.

What Happens If I Don't Pay?
Failure to pay or appeal within the required time frame may result in further action, including additional charges and referral to a debt recovery agency. We advise resolving your Parking Charge promptly to avoid unnecessary costs.
